My name is Rubén Landini, I was born in Mexico 29 years ago.
My spiritual path begins at a time in my childhood at the age of 9 when my family was experiencing family violence and I had trouble sleeping.
My life changed when one night I dreamed of God, a man who in the end became light and me. He said things that were too profound to fully understand and make up at that young age. From that moment on, I had faith which led me to study psychology and theological analysis from an early age to understand and begin my healing journey.
After a few years I distanced myself from the faith, the society and the system in which we live made me fall into a cycle of partying, alcohol and superficial pleasures, however thanks to a Holy Children ceremony in Oaxaca, I was able to experience this 'light' I felt connected to the universe again, the way or God.
From that moment I began the spiritual search again, and that was when I found the practice of Yoga that made me experience states of consciousness that I had not achieved before. I eventually became a yoga teacher and continued to delve into the world of Mexican shamanism, which enriched my practice and made me deepen the path to healing.
Nowadays I teach vinyasa classes accompanied by flutes, songs and prayers. In addition to leading cocoa ceremonies to share a pinch of this ancestral wisdom that I have humbly been able to learn.
I paint and do music, as other form of manifesting who I am.
